You will most likely need a Certificate of Septic Inspection when purchasing or selling your home.
We provide full septic inspections that include : a pump and cleaning of the septic tank as well as a more in depth inspection of the septic tank and its leaching area. Once the inspection has been completed we provide you with a Certificate of Septic Inspection. Typically we can provide this report to you within two days of service.
